ANALYSIS OF PRACTICAL CONFORMITY ON SYARQ.COM BASED ON SYARIAH FINTECH WITH THE FATWA OF MUAMALAH MALIYAH DSN-MUI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the alignment of the implementation of the murabahah contract on sharia-based financing in SyarQ.com with the DSN Fatwa NO: 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018. This research uses primary data and secondary data obtained by reading documents and conducting interviews with PT SyarQ Solutions Indonesia. The data analysis method used is that the author uses is qualitative data, the data analysis method used is the non-statistical analysis, by analyzing the existing data which is then associated with the Fatwa DSN. The results of this study indicate that SyarQ in practice in organizing Sharia-based murabahah financing has been conducted as they are according to the DSN Fatwa no 117 concerning information technology-based financing based on Sharia principles.
